Job Function:

Provide administrative and technical support to the practice and other members of the Planning team, including changes to the website and social media functions.

Role and Responsibilities:

Assistance in assembling and submitting planning and consents applications
Support in the preparation of Condition and Application trackers
Co-ordination and proofing of reports and documents
Monitoring planning applications to provide up to date feedback to the team, clients and third parties
Assistance with preparation of evidence for Appeals including Public Inquiries
Administrative support for ECE Planning including some marketing responsibilities such as updating the Website, preparing new pieces and monitoring social media
Assisting Directors and planning team with day to day administration

Experience and Skills Required:

A Levels
Self-motivated, good communication skills, well organised with good attention to detail
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, with experience of InDesign giving a distinct advantage
A flexible and adaptable approach
Team player

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract for up to 37.5 hours per week, salary range GBP17,000 - GBP19,000.
