An active team member is required to execute treasury operations (FX (Exotics experience desirable), deposits, investments and set up Nostro accounts. Would ideally suit someone with 1-2 years of experience.


- Performing the necessary day to day settlement controls amending existing and creating new where necessary.
- Ensuring trades are settled correctly and in time with due regard given to external and internal regulatory framework. Working with the front desk to ensure cash management particularly on GBP is monitored and managed to a high level.
- To test and question the day to day processes and strive for improvement and efficiencies.
- To undertake as and where necessary project work as determined by the business.
- To work with IT and other stakeholders to improve and streamline working processes and minimalise operational and settlement risk.
- To explore and implement new systems to regularise trade settlement particularly with NGO and other non-bank counterparties.


- Good understanding of trade flows and regulatory requirement for treasury related products.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly changing and evolving business working with demanding clients in challenging geographical markets.
- Demonstrable experience of treasury operations working with a wide range of products including foreign exchange, money markets, certificate of deposit, other security related products and collateral management.
- Experience of dealing with front office traders/sales providing support and service whilst questioning processes and protocols as and where required.
- Broad experience of working with internal stakeholder groups such as risk and compliance, legal, reconciliations, client services and relationship management.
- Sound working knowledge of reconciliations and the processes of investigations and compensation both payable and receivable.
