Overview Responsible for the development and delivery of technical (document composition) change across customer facing communications Responsible for ensuring that all communications are created/amended to meet legal and regulatory requirements including TCF, FCA and OFGEM The Role Develop and maintain technical document composition change to customer correspondence within a team of experts, delivering across preferred suppliers and utilising self–serve capability Interface with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create and deliver exceptional customer outcomes based on a zero risk approach Develop excellent customer communications based on strategic, commercial and competitive environment and prioritise work across a number of initiatives on an ongoing basis, driving clarity and agreement of the road map for change Present updates on achievements, risks and issues to stakeholders and ensure the customer is always at the heart of each decision made Influence and manage stakeholder relationships to drive and measure strategic and operational change across the business that is compliant and customer centric Fully comply with mandatory workflow & approvals processes across the end to end change process Within all aspects of the role put the customer at the heart of decision making and support the ambition to lead the digital transformation of our industry The Person Experience of designing, creating and delivering best in class document composition output Experience of communications technology platforms and industry leaders Preferably experience of working in a regulated business Ability to deliver innovative and substantive technical changes in business processes to drive best in class communications Strong industry knowledge across customer experience, regulation, document composition, print capability, postal markets and digital platforms Strong interpersonal / influencing and negotiation skills that will enable a consistent approach to change across British Gas Expertise in defining and implementing test requirements associated with relevant change Ability to design and measure innovative solutions based on available technology and processes Exceptional written and verbal English language communications skills Salary - Competitive Benefits PLEASE APPLY ONLINE by hitting the 'Apply' button.
