Working as a member of the business support team this position will be to provide support to your local office including co-ordination, administration and secretarial tasks. The successful candidate will be used to working in a busy office environment, with excellent IT literacy and administrative skills. Your Role Making sure professional staff receive adequate support from the team Facilities management and office Health and Safety duties as directed by the Appropriate team Contributing to office business continuity plan and access control log Formatting, collation and issue of reports, proposals and presentation material Hospitality and housekeeping activities - organising meetings, lunches, travel and accommodation Monitoring compliance with HR process within the office Office contact for IT related issues Preparation of induction packs for new starters Ensuring good file management (electronic and hard copy archiving) Office filing Diary Management for senior staff Generating management information from various sources Taking meeting notes Procurement of office supplies, organising post and couriers, answering telephones and other general admin duties as required About you Experience within a similar role Excellent customer service skills Excellent co-ordination skills, ability to prioritise manage own workload Team Player with a can do attitude Computer Literacy on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other package Desirable: Experience with facilitating meetings using modern technology (voice / video conferencing) Project management skills Financial administration experience About WYG WYG are an international award winning multidisciplinary consultancy, with a track record of providing creative solutions to some of the world’s most challenging projects.
