Job Title: Sales Account Executive Reports to: Business Development Manager Brand: Vivastreet Location: London Salary: GBP20-25,000 + Uncapped Commission Contract type: Permanent Hours: 10-7PM Job Purpose: A new position has arisen at DM-Companies to join the brand Vivastreet in a new Sales Account Executive position. The main responsibility for this role will be to contact escort agencies and independents around the UK and selling in the benefits of advertising on our site, such as increased contacts and exposure to over a million visits a month. You will be ideally selling packages but also offering free 7 day trial of our service and then close a deal once they have experienced the potential benefits of advertising on Vivastreet. You will also be tasked with ad renewals / upgrades as packages run for 30 days and will need to follow up with these clients ensuing they are 100% happy and also providing stats on the number of contacts the ad receive to ensure renewals and understand any problems or issues. A generous commission is paid on all sales and we also have a renewal bonus, commission is uncapped so the right candidate can do very well. Main duties and responsibilities: • Conduct sales calls to specified clients around the UK • Selling in packages and negotiating deals for paid ads • Account management of agencies and package renewals • Regular reporting to management on progress Person specification: • Industry related sales experience a huge plus (adult / escort sector) • High standard of spoken English • Experienced in 360 sales and converting lapsed accounts • Effective with phone and email in reaching decision makers and closing sales • Proven results in consistently exceeding sales targets • Proven ability to foster relationships with key decision makers • Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate current and future business requirements • At least 3 years telesales experience • Ability to source leads proactively • Evidence of building great customer relationships • Experience of using a CRM system • Ability to write effective proposals • A great package with a great basic salary, strong commission scheme and 5 weeks holiday About Us: DM-Companies are a privately owned entrepreneurial company, practicality and innovation are at the forefront of what we do.
