Product Manager

05 Aug 2017
14 Aug 2017
Contract Type
Our Product vision within Sunny is simple: to partner with customers to exit the payday space and onto a path to better borrowing. This vision sets the strategic undertone and overall product roadmap that Sunny is striving towards.
And we are getting there, with our customers recently voting us the 'Treating Customer Fairly Champion' at the Consumer Credit Awards 2017.
We offering our customers a new generation of innovative and competitive digital financial products which have transformed the short term lending market and challenged previous market leaders. As such we have experienced 100% revenue growth over the last three years, whilst earning the highest NPS score in the industry, and a Trust Pilot score of 9.1

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who has a real passion for customers - someone who can develop a true sense of what really matters for our customers, understanding the needs of someone who borrows with Sunny and defining how we can support them on their path to better borrowing.

The Product Manager for Retention will have the opportunity to shape and own our Retention vision, and have accountability for making strategic recommendations to ensure our customers have a best in class borrowing experience. This will be driven through the Retention product roadmap and backlog, which will entail ownership of the existing feature areas of:

> Customer's "My Account" area
> Re-Borrowing
> Customer Loyalty Programme
> Debt Management
> Ongoing Compliance Support

What experience, skills, qualities or qualifications are we looking for?

• You will need to be flexible in your approach to work. Not wed to a particular methodology or programme, but able to adapt your way of working so we can deliver the best results possible.
• You will need at least two years' experience in a B2C product development role.
• Extensive experience of working within an Agile environment
• Data analysis experience
• Experience of successfully managing multiple stakeholder relationships

• CSPO certification or willingness to train towards this.
