As a Customer & Network Support Manager your key responsibilities are: Manage a team of Advisors. Monitor KPI's, SLA's and SOP's Handling 3rd line customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email and web based chat. Troubleshooting issues from dealerships and car centres. Build effective working relationships with centres and dealerships. Take responsibility in managing customer, centre and dealership enquiries through to resolution. Continually improve Net Promoter Scores and customer satisfaction ratings. You will also be required to: Carry out 1-1 meetings. Achieve team KPI's. Continually improve product knowledge via team meetings, company briefings and reading product brochures. Ensure you meet the customers expectations. The successful Customer Support Manager MUST HAVE: Previous recent experience Managing a team in a Call Centre or Customer Service background Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Technical knowledge (Mobile Phones, Satellite Navigation systems, Bluetooth etc) Strong IT skills are required, experience using IBMI systems would be advantageous.
