Residential Access Controller. Role. To provide Estate Access Control to Family property in order to ensure the family enjoys the highest quality (and secure) home life and domestic environment achievable. Main Responsibilities & Routines. · Provision of residential security and Access Control to include - Operating and monitoring in place security systems (CCTV, Intruder Detection, Fire and Perimeter Security). - Monitoring, recording and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons in order to ensure the security of the premises and Client. - Patrolling premises and grounds to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of internal and external perimeter, buildings, doors, windows and gates. - Responding to system alarms and incidents. Incident management control (IMC) and liaison with Security and Facilities Manager coupled with and emergency services as and when required. - Manage and assist in basic maintenance of security equipment systems in ensuring they remain serviced functional and fit for purpose. Liaison with equipment system technicians when on site. · If required/requested provide Close Protection to the Client. · Liaison with the Security Manager, and the Client’s service team to confirm any key residential security and access control requirements. · Work alongside other Security personnel and Security/Facilities manager as part of a team providing security coverage as required by the Client. · Support Property Management and Maintenance issues at the property: - Record defects and report them to the Security/Facilities Manager or Head of Client Services. - Access Control and logging in/out of all contractors attending the property as required. - Assist Security Manager when required in managing residential event security for the family as required. · Provision of emergency first aid in any circumstances for the Client. · Liaise with Client’s staff, appointed contractors, house guests and colleagues to support the Client’s specific and wider security interests. · Administrative support tasks (not routine).
