Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a temporary Payroll Assistant to support a grounded and well-established retail business in Leatherhead. The role is being offered as a temp to perm assignment. This well known brand is looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant to join a high performing finance team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a can do attitude that is very organised and can work methodically through a back log. Key Responsibilities. - Logging of all calls - Basic Payroll calculations - Basic Pension calculations - Reset of users passwords - Copy payslips - Deal with any payroll queries - Maintain the relationship with the payroll bureau - Process statutory payments Your Profile The successful Payroll Assistant is likely to have had previous experience of working within a busy finance function, dealing with multiple sites and employees. Good Excel is required. You must also be able to work through a rather large back log. The Company The role is based in the company's established offices in Leatherhead.
