Recruitment Consultant - Hot desk
We are looking for a new consultant to join our business. We are the fastest growing Engineering agency in the UK and recently won Europe's largest RPO. We have grown 4 fold in 3 years and our business keeps growing at a rate of knots which is great for career development opportunities. This is a truly excellent position to take over a hot desk as the recruitment consultant you will be taking over is emigrating and she has built a very strong specialised desk over the last 3 years that consistently bills £15k a month. The desk and focus You will be focusing heavily with FMCG manufacturers (e.g. Mars, GlaxoSmithKline) and specialising in placing Maintenance Engineers on and some interim roles. This desk has huge amount of potential for a recruitment consultant to continue to grow this desk and hire in an additional person for you to manage or work alongside depending on your preference or permanent experience. We have been specialising in FMCG for over 15 years and have a strong client base and reputation. Our Company I love working here as there is a lot of autonomy to be creative, think for yourself and huge opportunities to progress and development. If you are self sufficient and do not need to be micro managed you will also love working here. The last year in Proactive has been excellent and we have experienced huge growth and we have opened a further 2 offices which takes our office total to 6; even though we are growing rapidly we still have a boutique feel. We are also backed by our parent company that have given us a huge amount of investment to grow our business and employ the best consultants in the market and create opportunities for consultants to progress and develop. We have our own internal training team where we have several training courses a month should you feel there is particular area you would like more focus in. About you You will need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant that is a hard working, a self starter, driven and able to maintain and build on a desk. You will need to have a mind set that thinks outside the box that doesn't rely on just job boards to find candidates and has experience using other means to resource such as head hunting via LinkedIn. You will need to demonstrate and solid understanding of managing a client, building long term established relationships and becoming the recruitment partner of choice.
