If you have experience in retail sales, telesales or call centres, and you are looking for a role that is challenging and where you will be surrounded by a group of fun and hard working individuals - this could be your dream role As a Customer Service Advisor you'll be working 'the front line' with customers, directly engaging our consumer market with your amazing personality. First class customer services will be a staple in all your work. We work on some pretty huge accounts, so you will need to be professional, reliable and up-beat Once you have mastered the basics we will look for you to take on supervising responsibilities (within 6-12 weeks). Our team has a real culture of positivity and creativity, so you will need to be comfortable working in this kind of work place. You'll also be positive, have a can-do attitude and possess bucket loads of initiative. Experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous, however, we will be providing an in-depth foundation training as well as on going up-skill workshops for our Customer Service Advisor so therefore, this is considered an entry level role and you do not need specific experience in sales to apply. Customer Service Advisor Role Gain experience working on leading UK accounts Build relationships with customers to ensure a solid representation of a brand Conduct presentations and demonstrations where necessary Utilise B2B, B2C and events channels to maximise exposure for our accounts Basic sales administration Outstanding Customer Services / Customer Relations Team Leading - training, mentoring, coaching, motivating About you: We are looking for well rounded individuals who are interested not only in sales, but also in marketing, advertising, customer relations, PR and all aspects of business development.
