Senior Site Manager (No.2) : Award Winning Regional Contractor: Reigate, West Sussex : up to £65k basic package Vacancy: Currently seeking a Senior Site Manager (no.2) on a £17m New Build Education project in Crawley, West Sussex from conception through to final completion (handover). You will be the Senior Site Manager reporting to a site based Project Manager. You will in turn manage a Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager Client: Award winning regional contractor with typical contracts valued between £6Million to £35Million. Contracts including leisure, retail, education and healthcare predominantly in Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Down to growth within the business and securing new contracts they have a very exciting Senior Site Manager position available. Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have a solid background & proven track record in sectors including - Education, Retail, Commercial, Leisure & Healthcare. Candidates Experience: Previous experience working on commercial/educational contracts for a main contractor is desirable Hardworking and dedicated Managing Sub Contractors Experience using programming software (ASTA, Microsoft Project) Strong organisational skills with a strong methodical approach Strong knowledge of the construction process Relevant Degree educated is desirable Qualifications: Ideally: Degree/HNC/HND in Construction CSCS SMSTS First Aid at Work Excellent organiser Package: Basic Salary up to £65k Bonus Available £6k Car Allowance or choose from an extensive company car list Matching Pension up to 10% Local Projects (Kent, Sussex, Surrey) so travelling will be to a minimum Great Surrey and Kent based offices Good work life balance Internal progression and training available Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
