The successful Payroll Manager will take responsibility for running a small Payroll team from an office based near Crawley and cover the UK payroll function. Due to the growth of the organisation, it is widely thought by senior management that this role will play a key role in streamlining payroll efficiencies within the UK business, looking at new possible software systems, training and developing a team of 2 juniors and keeping abreast of changes to payroll legislation. Payroll Manager - You: You will have had a minimum of 5 years' experience working within a payroll function CIPP or Accounting qualifications are considered desirable but not necessary Prior experience working with HMRC registered payroll systems is also considered attractive The company has a fantastic culture and is continuing to grow.
