Design Manager / Senior Design Manager - Surrey - Education Construction My client is a respected Main Contractor based in Surrey and considered big players within repairs and maintenance, civil construction, decent homes, commercial, education, health care and new build housing sectors. This particular division specialise in education and health care sectors and are very busy They have a very promising pipeline of future construction works coming through. An very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager to join their dynamic team. Your first project will be a £7m school however they have 2-3 projects coming through of £15-30m and with a view to taking on an additional project after a few months of joining and you are familiar with process. I have placed many design professionals within this client and the feedback I have received is that the culture is great. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, however everyone is takes their job seriously and wants to deliver the project to its best. Also, the training and support is great.
