Role: Development Project Manager - Digital Solutions Salary: Up to £65K comprehensive benefits Location: Woking A leading provider of IT Solutions requires multiple Project Managers, working within the Digital sector you will manage one or more agile projects via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team. The role will take responsibility for the full project delivery including finances, breaking down barriers for your team, planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed. The role is heavily client focused and will involve engaging with a wide variety of government and private sector clients and stakeholders Role Responsibilities: - Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology whilst learning & iterating frequently - Work with a Product Owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories - Lead collaborative and dynamic agile planning processes and the prioritisation of the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team - Control all project finances to ensure the delivery of profitable projects - Demonstrate a "can do" attitude - Ensure that the team delivers an appropriate solution built to an appropriate level of quality - Build productive client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business - Maintain project artefacts (e.g. backlogs and burndowns) to ensure effective running of delivery projects - Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge in addition to bringing in best practice Required Skills: - Demonstrate a track record of success when delivering digital projects for public and/or private sector clients, (minimum 5 years PM experience where fully accountable for project delivery) - Proven experience using Scrum as the agile project management method - An understanding/experience of "DevOps" culture or Kanban is required - Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity - Exhibit strong organisational and communication skills - Collaborative approach to working - Good at prioritising time-critical work - Express an understanding of the wider digital landscape - Keen eye for the detail and enjoy managing project finances - Experience of working in a services orientated business
