We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and organised Legal Secretary to work in our London office to provide secretarial and administrative support to a number of fee earners in our Employment and Pensions team.

Key responsibilities:

• Provision of full secretarial, PA and administrative support
• Managing the workflow of typing, making appropriate use of the firm's in-house service
• Highly proactive and responsive diary management
• Organising travel, business trips, itineraries and events
• High volume complex billing and problem-solving
• Management of emails/correspondence
• Organising internal and external meetings, to include co-ordinating reports and agendas.
• Restaurant bookings for lunches/dinners
• Preparation of presentations and pitch documents
• Acting as liaison point for clients and colleagues
• Dealing and screening calls, delivering a positive client experience
• Providing secretarial cover for holiday and sickness absences
• File opening/closing
• Paper and electronic filing

Skills and experience:

• Experience of providing legal secretarial/PA support to senior fee-earners
• Experience of billing and finance tasks essential
• Experience of arranging business travel
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems

It is essential that you have confident communication skills, good knowledge of IT systems and produce accurate and polished work to deadlines.
