Customer Support Co-Ordinator
Location: Hove
Salary: GBP17,244
Hours 8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri

My client is looking for a well organised Customer Support Co-ordinator to join their busy Multiple Sales Team based in their head office in Hove.

The purpose of the role will be supporting the customer accounts by maintaining communication with customers, branches and suppliers providing the highest standard of customer service and administrative support.


* Administration
* Pro-actively deal with customer request
* Day to day management of the accounts and reporting on service levels
* Dealing with delivery problems
* Updating the in-house system accurately
* Using Excel spreadsheets
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Build strong customer relationships
* On occasion face to face meeting with customers

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Proven administrative and customer service skills
* Excellent Excel skills
* Highly organised with the ability to implement ongoing processes and procedures
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident telephone manner and personable
* Ideally a full UK driving licence
