Purpose of the Role: To help the Assistant to the CFO provide business support to the CFO/CEO Deputy, the Management Team and the wider team, in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner, consistent with defined business targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

?? Completing or assisting with various due diligence and other information requests, including researching and identifying requirements, collating information and documentation from various internal and external sources and arranging for documents to be certified, notarised, apostilled and translated as required.

?? Assisting with a wide range of applications and other submissions for various jurisdictions, including preparing correspondence, completing forms, reviewing information, assembling documentation and formatting information and records as required.

?? Assisting with contract and other documentation approval processes, including arranging for documents to be signed electronically and in wet ink, inputting details and archiving scanned copies of completed contracts and other documents in databases and other directories.

?? Providing a wide range of administrative support for various projects as and when required.

?? Researching and suggesting potential solutions for strengthening existing record keeping systems.

?? Taking minutes at internal meetings as and when required.

?? General administrative duties, including dealing with correspondence, printing, scanning, faxing and photocopying.

?? Dealing with information requests and queries from inside and outside the company in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

?? Ensuring that all completed contracts are uploaded into database in timely manner and with highest level of quality and accuracy.

Other Responsibilities:

?? Undertaking other reasonable duties as instructed by senior management.

?? Keeping abreast of professional knowledge by maintaining personal networks and studying developments within the industry.

?? Escalating issues to Assistant to the CFO as appropriate.

?? Cover for absence of Assistant to the CFO.

?? Maintaining good attendance.

?? Assisting with preparing reports as and when required

Required Skills and Abilities:

?? Strong administrative background with proven experience of managing documentation and using document management systems.

?? Experience of taking minutes.

?? Strong IT skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office packages.

?? Attention to detail and accuracy.

?? Good oral and written communication skills.

?? Excellent organization skills and methodical approach to work.

?? Ability to prioritize and plan tasks independently on daily/weekly basis.

?? Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

?? Customer focus, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

?? Committed to upholding professional standards.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

?? An additional language, such as Russian, Spanish or Italian, desirable, but not essential.

?? Basic knowledge of Company Law desirable, but not essential.
