Lead Analyst (Cyber Wargaming)

The Role We require a Lead Analyst to deliver a broad range of consultancy contracts initially focussed on the delivery of structured wargames for cyber vulnerability investigations at the socio-technical (system of systems) level. You will also have the drive to play a leading role in growing and shaping our Cyber capabilities into other areas, providing an excellent career development opportunity as we succeed together. Skills required: Essential - Scenario design and development - Understanding of cyber threats, military doctrine, operations and platforms - Strong facilitation and communication skills - Analytical mindset and experience of structured methods - Building relationships with customers to help secure future contracts - Technical report and bid authoring Desirable - Experience in the cyber domain (e.g. risk assessment, incident management, cyber vulnerabilities) - Project Management - Organisational Risk Analysis - Operational Analysis NSC staff enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes a pension scheme with a 6% contribution by the company (after probation), private health insurance, life insurance and 26 days' holiday entitlement (rising to 30 days after 5 years of service).
