Telesales Executive / Recruitment Specialist - Sussex Based This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global executive Pharmaceutical Recruitment business and build a long term, successful career in one of the world's most interesting and secure sectors. For someone looking to move in to the exciting world of Pharmaceutical sales, to join an established, agile and innovative organisation. You'll be networking with key Clients, Candidates and Contacts across the globe from our Sussex based office, as well as attending face to face meetings and international specialist conferences. By understanding needs, you'll be generating strong "value" arguments based around the service you are selling; your ability to influence key decision makers and build relationships will ensure your long term success in the role. This role would suit one of two types of profile; 1. An experienced Business to Business Sales Professional with a genuine hunger for reward - either success, financial or both 2. Someone who has worked in recruitment, not necessarily within Pharma, who wishes to work in a new sector that continues to grow year on year with strong billing opportunities for anyone who can take on board field leading external and internal training and coaching, and is goal driven Either way, the successful candidate will be someone who is keen to progress in to a role centering around strategic selling of a highly innovative and field leading service The opportunity offers a strong basic salary plus excellent monthly commission structure - Year 1 OTE is £38,000, Year 2 OTE is £58,000, and in Year 3, with effort and drive, you would expect to earn around £72,000. If you have a proven sales track record, the ability to fully qualify and understand the true drivers of the Customer, and can build and maintain strong relationships in the business world, you will find yourself in a new position with strong recognition, both internally by Peers and Colleagues, and externally by your Customers, as well as strong financial recognition with excellent commission structures.
