Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the Service Team, ensuring that the Service Team deliver the very highest standards of customer care to all clients whilst always ensuring that service contract obligations are met. Client Details A small company based in Godalming. Description Manage Service Team technicians to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service is achieved at all times. Manage the Service Team diary to ensure all contractual obligations are met. Manage the case management system, keeping information up to date at all times Maintain the service quotes generator to ensure service quotes are prepared for customers in an accurate and timely manner. To ensure accurate and complete information is made available to the Finance Team to enable them to raise invoices for completed works in a timely manner. To manage the Out of Hours Rota ensuring that appropriately trained engineers are on call at all times that we are contractually obliged to provide cover. To provide out of hours and weekend working records for sign off by Head of Operations in time for submission to the Finance Team To support the Sales Team with the preparation of SLA sales opportunities To work with the Project Delivery Team to schedule external resources to cover service contractual obligations To work with the Project Delivery Team to ensure operational handover of new systems from Project Delivery to Service. To build strong customer relations with all new and existing service clients always looking for opportunities to enhance service offering To prepare weekly reports on Service Team KPI's for inclusion in weekly company updates To prepare monthly reports to Head of Operations for inclusion within monthly management meetings To prepare regular reports for sales, highlighting service performance and client site metrics to enable the Sales Team to undertake client reviews. In collaboration with the Head of Operations identify and organise Service Team skills training.
