Accounts Payable Assistant
Badenoch & Clark is currently working alongside a highly reputable company based out of Redhill towards the appointment of an Accounts Payable Assistant. Due to an increased workload, my client is seeking to appoint an Accounts Payable Assistant on a fixed term basis lasting 3 months. The role has the scope to be extended and possibly made permanent. Due to the nature of the role, the suitable applicant will have demonstrable experience within a similar role. You will be required to support the wider finance function and will be responsible for invoicing, data entries and implementing data onto the new system (SAP experience desirable)). Key Accountabilities: Clearing invoices as appropriate. Input all accounts payable invoicing onto the new system. Liaising with Stores, Purchasing & Suppliers to resolve queries. Liaise with external parties in order to resolve queries as appropriate. Ensuring that relevant SOX controls are strictly complied with. Ensure that controls are complied with. Assisting with other related matters as instructed by Accounts payable Supervisor / Finance Manager. Support the Accounts Payable supervisor as and when required. Other duties as requested. Essentials: Must have demonstrable experience within a similar role. Experience with SAP would be favourable.
