Marketing Administrator (Campaign Statistical / Reporting)
Lloyd Recruitment Services are very excited to be recruiting for our client, a leading and internationally recognised brand name, for the position of Marketing Administrator. Working as part of a friendly team, the successful individual will be required to provide full administrative support to the team. However this opportunity is not your standard marketing administrator role, as you will be required to present and report on statistical analysis and have advanced Excel skills. This is a rare opportunity, and will also provide the individual the opportunity to be involved with senior Stakeholders and management. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out Joint campaign administration including (but not limited to): - Develop and document reporting & administration processes as required for all campaigns - Using Excel for data interrogation and statistical analysis - Experience of producing clear reports - Liaise and agree processes with relevant stakeholders relating to campaign payments and statements to Centres and raising invoices with supporting statements - Manage Centre campaign payment queries for National Campaigns and field team enquiries - Deliver accurately to agreed timelines, with clear reporting and record keeping - Extract customer information from the data warehouse to support campaign activities and provide this information securely to appropriate parties - Develop campaign trackers with the help of appropriate departments and determine optimum ways of delivering these to relevant parties - Collect feedback and data to support analysis and evaluation required to measure the success of initiatives, campaigns and product/process changes Assist in the development of Marketing Campaigns and materials required for launch including: - Creating typical finance examples in the Point of Sale system for quarterly campaign requirements and on an ad-hoc basis - Review marketing advertising assets received Take responsibility for the development of the quarterly Privilege Purchase Programme and Current offers brochure including (but not limited to): - Preparing finance examples and marketing collateral to support offers Team Support: - Support the General Manager - Marketing and Digital Experience and Marketing Programmes Supervisor with various administrative duties such as arranging meetings and preparing presentations - Provide marketing and business reporting as required (including marketing monthly dashboards). - Maintain brochure stocks, promotional items and other collateral as required, monitor usage and initiate re-prints / re-orders / distribution - Monitor and update spend of the Marketing budget and manage purchasing within agreed budgets of design, print and promotional materials ensuring all expenditure is approved - Update and maintain the Marketing intranet This is a rare opportunity, and the successful individual will possess the following experience: - Strong administrator - Strong numerical skills - Good experience of using Excel for data and statistical analysis - Experience of creating accurate reporting - Confident and professional communicator My client offers excellent benefits and onsite facilities, and has one of the best staff retentions in the local area.
