Job Purpose and Scope:
As Talent Manager for our European region, you will play a strategic and operational role in connecting our internal talent to career opportunities both within Europe and across our other geographical regions.
Through your understanding of our business' strategic resourcing requirements, and your knowledge of our talent pools, you will support us in building strong talent pipelines which respond to our current and future capability needs, and offer our employees attractive career paths.
Essential Criteria (skills, experience and capabilities):
Experience in talent management and resourcing
Strong consulting and communication skills, with proven success of influencing senior leaders
Flexibility to adapt communication style to work with employees at all levels of the business
Analytical skills - comfortable working with data and extracting insights
Easily able to move between the strategic and operational
Planning and organizing skills
Self-starting and ability to maintain energy and optimism in the face of opposition
