We are proud to be working with an innovative international development charity to recruit a dynamic, entrepreneurial fundraiser to work with a number of long-standing, generous and committed corporate partners. The CharityAn innovative international development charity, using education and personal development to support young people in vulnerable communities that suffer from crime and violence torealisetheir potential The RoleTo work with a number of long-standing, generous and committed, corporate partners in order to deliver corporate partnership opportunities in a strategic and meaningful way, both for corporate partners and the young people the charity are here to support.On top of this, the charity would like to make the most of their other connections to develop their major gift fundraising, and you will get the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Fundraising to devise and deliver this programme. DutiesAct as relationship manager for some ofthe most generous corporate partners, creating and delivering an ongoing programme of work for them.Create, project manage and deliver a portfolio of two or three events a year, including a high-level dinner.Achieve income targets as agreed with the Head of Fundraising.Support the Head of Fundraising to stay in regular contact with partners, and ensure accurate partner records are maintained on the database, Salesforce.Research, identify and engage potential new corporate and major partners.Work closely with the Trusts and Foundations Manager to ensure accurate, timely reporting and adherence to funding agreements.Write and coordinate the submission of reports to all funders, working with the Finance and MEL teams to gather the required information. The CandidateIf you are driven, energetic, eager to learn and thrive working closely with young people and staff, this could be the perfect role for you.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrateAt least 1-year experience of fundraising through corporate partnersExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent written skills and attention to detailExperience of writing successful funding reports and proposalsStrong organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to multi-task and work under pressureAn ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamExperience of working with corporate donors or clients to fulfil objectivesExperience of event managementIMPORTANT NOTEOur aim is to respond to all successful applications within 5 days.
