Contract Type
Since 1961, our research has transformed the way we prevent, diagnose and treat heart disease. And we've saved countless lives along the way. That's what keeps us going.

About the role

We are looking to recruit a Production Coordinator to provide effective support in four key areas: production, stock control, customer service and analytics. This position offers varied and interesting work with colleagues across the BHF's Prevention, Survival & Support (PS&S) directorate and with our customers.

You'll work with colleagues across the PS&S Content team who develop a wide range of heart health resources (print, online and audio/visual) for the general public and heart patients. Specifically, you'll be assisting with stock control management, coordinating reprints of resources and analysing reports to help inform content priorities.

You'll also play a key role in the production of our award winning Heart Matters magazine by coordinating feedback stages and providing administrative support to the Editor and Production Manager. You will liaise with suppliers, preparing and sending e-newsletters and responding to queries about our health information resources and Heart Matters.

About you

The successful candidate will need experience of organising and analysing data with outstanding attention to detail and strong project management skills.

We're looking for someone with a methodical approach, enthusiasm for health promotion work and the ability to fulfil a schedule of regular tasks over the year. You'll be comfortable managing and prioritising your own workload and be able to learn new processes quickly.

An understanding of the processes involved in producing printed and/or digital publications is desirable.
