HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

37.5 hours per week

Salary: GBP19,250.00 per annum

Who are we?

CCHA are an ambitious community-based housing association that has a programme of acquisitions and new developments that will soon see more than 1600 homes in management. We employ over 40 staff who are committed to delivering a high quality service to our residents and developing more homes within the community.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking two enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Intensive Housing Services team. They will be responsible for the Health and Safety monitoring of the Supported an Older Persons accommodation. Visiting the buildings regularly to conduct checks and inspections recording actions to ensure CCHA are complying their responsibilities as a Landlord. You will have a lot of customer contact and be the first point of contact with our customers so would be expected to offer excellent Customer Services. This role is not office based you will be working across a number of sites.

This is an entry level role so will be offered on the job training and support we see this role as an opportunity to enter into the housing profession.

As part of this role you will be expected to participate in the out of hour's on-call this operates on a rota basis for emergencies within the older persons accommodation located in Sutton and Croydon.
