Tomorrow's People is looking for a Digital & Stewardship Coordinator to support its growing fundraising team. It's an exciting time to join the team and you will play a vital role in developing and implementing new fundraising strategies. This includes supporting the charity's upcoming rebrand exercise as well as ownership of the charity's CRM.

We provide intensive and personalised support for young people who have not made a successful transition into the work place, for adults who face complex barriers to getting and keeping a job and for students who are at risk of under-performing at school.

Location: Kennington, London

Contract: 35 hours per week

Contract type: Fixed term, 6 months

Salary: GBP25,000 per annum

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Management, maintenance and monitoring of the charity's CRM (Salesforce)

2. Developing supporter relationships through excellent stewardship???

3. Supporting Digital Marketing Manager with brand and communications strategy

4. Supporting Director of Fundraising & Marketing to deliver high quality reports to support projects, funding applications and management teams

PERSON SPECIFICATION

At least six month's experience in a fundraising role (including internships) or in a customer focused environment

Experience using Salesforce or another CRM database

Strong communication and customer service skills

Good writing skills and the ability to produce well-presented documents and presentations

Experience of working independently and as part of a team

Ability to identify opportunities that could enhance the team's effectiveness and operation

Well organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

Ability to set priorities and handle competing demands from inside and outside the team

Excellent use of Microsoft Office

Constructive, positive, can-do approach to teamwork
