Business Development Support Executive Location : Camberley Salary £21,000 benefits My client who are based in Camberley are looking for a Business Development Support Executive to join their team. We are looking for candidates who ideally have got experience working within the Insurance Industry and have got strong attention to detail. It would be advantageous if you speak German or French. My client are in the Insurance industry and are looking for candidates who have ideally got experience in this industry but it is not essential. Introduce, promote and market the companys products to intermediaries such as brokers and independent financial advisers/Agents. Act as a link between the company and brokers. Provide high-quality support to all Europe brokers by answering queries, providing product details, etc. Develop, manage and retain broker client accounts. Provide quotations in accordance with written procedures and processes, and in strict compliance with any relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Liaise with brokers/Agents and internal operations team to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner. Build up detailed knowledge of the companys products and keep up-to-date awareness of competitor activity, products and pricing. Ensure that any complaints or service failures reported by brokers and/or insured members are escalated and dealt with strictly in accordance with Complaints Procedures. SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A good general educational background; qualified to degree level or equivalent. Substantial sales/Account Management experience within the medical insurance sector Relevant professional qualifications are desirable. A track record of successfully analysing, identifying and capitalising upon new business opportunities Strong client management skills and ability to deliver on promises Able to demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process Excellent written and spoken English are essential; other language capabilities are advantageous. Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office; experience of using industry specific technology and/or the ability to quickly grasp new systems following training. A positive attitude to dealing with people Capable of working independently and taking individual ownership.
