Hourly Paid Lecturer in Science - West Herts College
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Science team for an Hourly Paid Lecturer on a fixed term basis until June 2018. This role is perfectly suited for an enthusiastic and flexible person.

Due to expansion of science within the College, we have a new and exciting opportunity within the department. We are looking for a passionate person to join our forward thinking team, teaching on our Science courses ranging from Level 2 to Level 3, including Btec level 2/3 in Applied Science.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic, strong team within a larger department where everyone is expected to maintain their current high levels of performance. You will be working approximately up to 10 hours per week and may be required to work across both our Watford and Hemel Hempstead campuses.
Teaching experience and a knowledge in Chemistry and Biology would be desirable although we are keen to hear from anyone with the right skills.

You will have an ability to promote, support and embed English and Maths skills within planning and delivery of all teaching. You should also be committed to providing prompt, detailed assessment of student work with experience of personal tutoring including target setting.
