Telesales Manager RSU Services Ltd, the UKs No.1 leading recruitment agency Start-up Company is currently looking to recruit an experience Telesales Manager to help take the company to the next level. The successful individual will be expected to lead by example and help to recruit a team of like minded individual to increase sales and help deliver first class customer service to our valued customer base (B2C). In this unique role, the Telesales Manager will have the opportunity to demonstrate their sales management experience by driving sales and improving the team's performance, whilst consistently meeting key performance indicators. As a key player within the management team, you will be expected to ensure that your team are meeting performance expectations and continually look at ways to develop and improve business performance within your own sales channel. Reporting to Managing Director, the Telesales Manager will have excellent communication skills and lead with a transparent management style, being clear, open and honest. The ideal applicant will have a clear passion for sales and a positive, can-do attitude towards their role. With proven experience in meeting targets and leading a team, you will be career focused and self-motivated to get the best from your team.
