Business Development Manager (Construction/Training) - OTE 70K Farnham, Surrey £40,000 - £50,000 a year Farnham, Surrey £30-40k pa Excellent Commission structure (OTE £70k pa) Due to the recent opening of my clients new purpose built Training Centre and Wellbeing Facility we are recruiting for Business Development Manager to work alongside our Construction training team CISTC as part of the overall company. The role will be to proactively canvass for new business for CISTC in order to maximise its revenue generating potential. Established in 2004, Construction Industry Safety Training Centre (CISTC), is a fully accredited centre which offers comprehensive training by professionally qualified instructors, combined with hands-on practical experience specifically designed for training people in a range of construction activities. Responsibilities Proactively canvassing for new business over the phone, through face to face client meetings and networking events Sourcing and developing new relationships with prospective clients and well as maintaining established contacts Creating and implementing sales strategies Liaising with the CISTC team to ensure course scheduling is keeping up with industry demand Working with the marketing team to promote our programmes and facilities Monitoring competitor activity and performing market research to ensure we are keeping up with industry trends and any changes What we offer in return Competitive Salary and Structured Performance Bonus Company Vehicle Mileage RAC Breakdown Cover Additional benefits - Pension and Healthcare Cover (Inc.
