Badenoch & Clark is currently partnering a highly reputable company based out of Horley towards the appointment of an Internal Recruiter. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be required to support the wider HR team through the development of onboarding strategy and procedures. As Internal Recruiter you will be accountable for the streamlining of the onboarding process in order to ensure consistent timely and cost effective recruitment in congruence with requirements as laid out by the company. Key Accountabilities: Ensure that a continual pipeline of exemplary candidates is generated by co-ordinating and improving varying recruitment activities Work collegiately across the business in order to supplement and improve existing recruitment strategies Utilise social media and the applicant tracking system in order to optimise the application process Responsible for the creation of adverts and the subsequent promotion of vacancies through varying mediums Undertake a supervisory function over the HR Administrator in relation to their recruitment processes ensuring that they achieve their unique KPI's Essentials: Demonstrable prior experience within a similar function and prior exposure to recruitment within the UK market Familiarity with direct sourcing Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and off line database searches Networking skills / Social Networking knowledge Badenoch & Clark is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
