GLOBAL RISK OFFICE COORDINATOR LEADING GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY 9 MONTH MATERNITY COVER CIRCA £45K WEYBRIDGE Amazing opportunity to work for one of the World’s leading Pharmaceutical Companies based in Weybridge. Highly experienced Coordinator required for a 9 month maternity cover contract supporting the Global Chief Risk Office. This is a varied and demanding Team Assistant/Coordinator role. You will be required to help the Risk team on special projects, deliver and maintain the company wide intranet sites, assist with the preparation and review of draft reports. Support the Global Chief Risk Officer to prepare and keep up to date a departmental calendar for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Insurable Risk, Health, Safety and Environmental management and policy management, listing all key deadlines for the delivery of required reports Key Responsibilities: Draft papers to the Audit and Finance Committees papers and to/for the various Executive Committees for review by the Global Chief Risk Officer In conjunction with the Policy Governance Manager, support the Global Chief Risk Officer to complete the individual policies which comprise the Policies and Procedures Manual, check for consistency with other policies, obtain approval from the Policy Governance Committee, consider all comments received from Divisions from the consultation period and publish the final policy on the various organisational intranets In conjunction with all the Policy Governance Manager, coordinate all required edits to published polices and recommend changes to the Global Chief Risk Officer Deliver in accordance with agreed deadline project to translate policies into the languages agreed by the Global Chief Risk Officer and by the Policy Governance Committee In conjunction with the Policy Governance Manager track progress/status of project to disseminate all policies to Divisional, Business and cross divisional functional personnel via agreed organisational communication tools Support the Global Chief Risk Officer and the Senior Director – ERM to embed the Minimum Three Lines of Defense model in the Retail Pharmacy International and Pharmaceutical Divisions, and all cross divisional functions, and coordinate the preparation and review of all required Divisional, Business and cross divisional Risk Registers Support the Senior Director –ERM to prepare and maintain the Risk Register and Risk Mitigation library Support the Global Chief Risk Officer to standardise the reporting of dispensing/clinical errors in all Businesses with pharmacy related operations and with other clinical services and of casualty claims for all Buisnesses Manage and coordinate the Global Risk Office intranet site and keep track of the status of/changes to all key functional intranet sites such as Global Financial Controls and Travel Security , Keep up to date calendar for all Global Chief Risk Office functions, and organisation charts and contact lists Job Holder Specifications: Educated to degree level with a strong academic track record 1-2 years practical experience working in a large/multinational business environment Extensive Coordination experience within Health & Safety, Risk or Internal Audit Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high fluency of English. Aptitude for working in a team as well as of own initiative Proactive and able to identify opportunities for improvement Ability to work unsupervised and to work well under pressure, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and experience of database management or reporting Experience of stakeholder management Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail Ability to assess and improve processes If you have the experience required and are available for a 9 month fixed term contract, please apply now This job was originally posted as
