Senior HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the UK business of our Surrey based client. Working in partnership with the Head of HR the purpose of this role is to provide the full range of HR Business Partner support to the UK Business from a strategic and operational perspective. Working together, you'll be required to deliver innovative, future-driven, business focused HR initiatives that add value to the business. The individual in this role will also be part of the UK HR team and will participate in team meetings, activities and projects. As such they will contribute to the delivery of priorities in other departments and functions that require HR support - a recent example would be the consultation of employees impacted by a move. In addition they will support ad hoc employee relations activities for other parts of the business as and when required. The role will be at HRBP or Senior HRBP level dependent upon the level of skills and experience of the successful incumbent.
