Sales Executive Location : Camberley Salary £18-20,000 OTE (£300 Per Month) Working Times: Monday - Friday 08.30-17.30 My client who are based in Camberley are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience of being a Sales Executive and you will be building long lasting relationships with clients over the phone. You must be confident working towards targets and deadlines and have a positive attitude. The candidate will be expected to have superb attention to detail, as demonstrated firstly by their ability to document proposals, quotations and sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, and secondly by updating the CRM database, after every item of correspondence whether it is by phone or written documentation. Daily Duties You will be joining the Sales Team and conducting the following tasks To build profitable long term commercial relationships with current and new business partners Manage the performance and development of the territory to achieve quantitative results Work with the existing customer base to develop profitable sales growth in line with or above the sales & profit targets Identify and develop profitable business within new market channels and customers Ensure there is a coordinated approach and activity within the territory Manage the performance and development of the all Brands, especially focus Brands You will have responsibility for business development, by contacting and selling to allocated and self sourced businesses located throughout the UK and Ireland Utilizing leads as provided from the Area Sales Managers, self-generated or via our marketing campaigns in accordance with predefined sales targets The potential candidate must have and demonstrate the following characteristics: Good computer skills Lots of initiative A positive attitude Perseverance Multitasking Good numeracy skills Excellent communication and listening skills A polite, confident and friendly manner To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for the business Additional: Private Healthcare Career prospects Working for a friendly, Family Company Being part of a team, which really makes a difference.
