GBP425 per week + tronc + 30% off to dine in our restaurant + meal on duty + free uniform + incentives

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take responsibility for the efficient running of the kitchen and maintaining high standards with a good understanding of preparing and cooking fresh ingredients.

The right person has to be able to control the profitability of the kitchen, to take control and counting the stock and have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Good level of written and spoken English is required as well as have experienced in statutory laws regarding food and to possess a Level 2 Food Safety certificate.
