The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to form part of the People Team based at our head office in Reigate, Surrey. Reporting into the HR Business Partner and working closely with the Group People Director you will help deliver the People Strategy across the business unit management teams. This role will involve ownership of Employee Relations across the business to include policies and guidelines to support the Osborne business. You will get involved with key People projects to help shape the business in line with strategic objectives. What are we looking for? We are looking for an individual who has proven experience within an HR advisory capacity who is able to build trust across the Osborne business and can lead and coach to enable Employee Relations matters are appropriately resolved. You will have strong organisation skills and able to manage complexity whilst making decisions under pressure. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders to influence and engage in line with Osborne Values. Contemporary and up to date knowledge of UK employment law and ER practice is expected and CIPD qualification is required.
