We are working with a desirable premium brand who are currently looking to take on an Eccommerce Merchandiser to support the Ecommerce team with reporting, analysis, trading and allocating. This role will be based in the brands head office in Central London.

Main responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Review, prepare and comment weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
  • Providing stock reports and NOS or missed opportunities reports
  • Monitoring product performance in season
  • Accountable for all e-commerce stock hitting to our third party at the right time and in the right quantity and correct size
  • Provide promotional analysis and GWP key learnings
  • Report on daily and weekly allocation volumes using a WISSI in line with finance and logility forecast
  • Working with the digital team to Identify ad address eCom performance trends
  • Manage pricing file and changes on the system for each market
  • Own the end-to-end allocation process and ensure that the expected amount of stock is picked at the expected time
  • Execute the release of initial allocations and ensure timely delivery to PFS in line with EDC Picking
  • Track and monitor inventory and maximise sales to stock ratios using a WISSI
  • Manage in season replenishment to stores and e-commerce stock holding

Person requirements:
  • Experience with Merchandise planning systems
  • Excellent Microsoft package skills, especially excel
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Be commercially aware on product performance by market
  • Have an understanding on the NPI cycle and how this influences the trading pattern and work with markets to ensure correct forecasting of NPI's is achieved
  • Be aware of key trading dates throughout the season and the impact this has using commercial calendar
  • Able to distinguish between the important and the urgent
  • Have a strong awareness of the EMEA calendar with all relevant market/promotional activity
  • Understand intake reporting
