Employt.com is thrilled to be supporting one of the newest users of our platform to help short-list a Business Development Manager. As innovators in B2B SaaS in Information Security ("InfoSec") solutions, the company provides intelligent email security solutions to large enterprises.

Having successfully scaled in France, the company is expanding its operations in the UK and the US.

This opportunity would be perfect for an ambitious business development professional wanting to have a real impact on both the company's successes in the UK and the InfoSec industry.

The ROLE

As Sales Manager, you will drive the company's commercial success in the UK. You will be working with the Head of UK Business Development based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Building sales pipeline into large enterprises
  • Communicating the company's solution clearly
  • Tailoring sales strategy and approach to meet target market demands
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Maintaining a constant, proactive, engaging and consultative relationship and approach with our prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of B2B software sales experience - preferably in SaaS
  • Ideally experience in InfoSecurity / CyberSecurity
  • Track record of achieving target sales quota
  • An ability to identify key stake-holders within large enterprises
  • Confidence at discussing and InfoSec software technology to prospective clients in proposals, demonstrations, pitches etc.
  • A motivated self-starter looking forward to working within a goal-orientated, fun and hard-working team

Compensation: +/- GBP80k: 70% base / 30% commission. Initially home based, then with combination of London office.
