My client is looking for a bright and dynamic HR Coordinator to join their busy and friendly HR team, they are looking for someone who is interested in joining a stable, fast growing company that encourages professional advancement.

Objective of Role

To support the HR, Finance and Facilities function with their invoicing and general administrative tasks.
To be the main support and contact for the Executive Administration for thier Vice President.

Supporting all areas of the business with any overflow administrative tasks
Processing and updating the UK VP's expenses
Communicating any necessary diary appointments for the UK VP
Arranging UK and International travel for the UK VP
Opening Post and handing out to relevant people
Ensure all invoices are signed by relevant people and scanned over in a timely manner
Keeping information boards around the site up to date with any new information
Covering reception as and when needed
Greeting clients
Arranging lunches for clients at the request of the management team
Ensuring training and conference rooms are set up for any training or client visits
Raising PO's and checking invoices
Preparing letters and arranging maintenance appointments when required
Filing, and updating HR personnel files with sickness forms and training records
Updating HR and payroll systems including; password resets, personal detail updates and time and attendance management
Any other General Tasks

For this role you will need to have

2-3 years Admin experience
Working for a corporate or large organization
