This is an exciting time to join AoC Create. We specialise in the provision of professional services to the College and wider education sectors. As the commercial subsidiary of the Association of Colleges we provide a variety of products in the specialist fields of recruitment, consultancy and development to ensure our members are fully supported in today's challenging environment.

The senior recruitment manager will join a very busy and well established team to build on our strategy for growth and high performance. This post is offered on the basis of a job share and you will work closely with your colleague to lead our executive recruitment team. This well-established team currently provides a first class tailored recruitment service to member colleges and clients in England. However, it is a time of significant change within and you will have the scope to initiate new ideas, shape and lead on business strategy and use your well established market analysis skills to ensure sustained growth.

We are looking for candidates with experience of leading high performing teams within the field of recruitment and who can demonstrate a thorough understanding of recruitment markets, products and services. Evidence of developing new business and realising market opportunities will be essential to the success of this role.
