This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive / Circulation Executive to join Seymour Distribution, a rapidly expanding, established magazine distribution company (supply chain industry). Based near Farringdon / Barbican in London, this opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to grow and progress in a strong career within Seymour. As an Account Executive / Circulation Executive, your role will primarily focus on providing support to one or multiple departments - circulation, sales and account management.

Key responsibilities:

Support the team by providing efficient and accurate administration support
Co-ordinate processes between different teams and accounts
Contribute to range review process to optimise listings
Customer management via email, phone and face-to-face (some travel may be involved)
Ensuring all business critical information is completed accurately and on time

Essential Criteria:

Background and skills required

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
An ability to manage your own time, deal with ad-hoc requests and still meet deadlines in a busy environment
A high level of proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Professionalism, adaptability, will show initiative and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Strong organisation, with sound administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
Enthusiasm and the commitment to succeed
