Sous Chef required to work in busy pub. Covering head chefs days off and working as part of the kitchen team. ???To prepare excellent homemade food and locally caught fish specialities.
Duties include: -
Day to day running of kitchen.
Stock ordering and control.
Managing a kitchen team.
At least 2yrs experience required at a similar level or higher.
You shall be working in a friendly environment, with good facilities, amongst a professional team of people.
