Senior Support Analyst Asset Management Software

Senior Support Analyst required to join an order management system software vendor based in London. The Senior Support Analyst will be required to be clientfacing and cover initial analysis of client requirements all the way through to system implementation, delivery and support, with a bias towards SQL.

Main responsibilities include

Working closely with clients to analyse reporting requirements
Documenting requirements in formal specifications
Implementing solutions on client site

Experience Required

SQL (queries, troubleshooting, debugging)
Candidates will have experience of working on implementation projects in an asset management frontoffice environment.
Strong support background
Knowledge of full project life cycle

Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate the following skills

2 years commercial experience with SQL Server
Experience working on an implementation/ upgrade of a new software
Up to 12 months in a support environment working on; troubleshooting, editing queries, creating queries, updates against database.

This is a clientfacing position and the successful candidate will be required to spend time onsite, either on their own or as part of a team.
As such, candidates will need:

Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Ability to prioritise and manage time
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility around working hours

Salary: 40k60k
