We are seeking a quality focused Care Coordinator to join a growing provider to the Healthcare sector.

If you have previous experience in a busy customer service role we are keen to hear from you.

Your role will involve registering, booking and scheduling healthcare staff to work on various shifts.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Strong customer service skills
Good admin skills
The ability to communicate in a professional manner
Good IT Skills
A team player

Key duties & Responsibilities:

Registering healthcare professionals
Calling healthcare staff to ensure they are happy and resolve any queries
Scheduling healthcare staff to site visits
General Office administration
Assisting with the recruitment of care staff
Provide a high-level of customer service at all times
Resolve queries as they arise
Undertake all relevant training when required
Update the company database
