We are looking for committed and creative individuals who are interested in working within a children's therapeutic community, supporting traumatised children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

This is by no means an easy job, but one which requires hard work and perseverance with a determination to make a lasting and meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

The task of the Therapeutic Care worker role is to provide a high standard of therapeutic care, providing a nurturing environment for the children and to model good parental care. This is in accordance with regulatory requirements and our model of therapeutic practice. Extensive training and support will be provided and training begins with a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People.
