The Role

This role is part of a new core global group specialising in Brand, Campaigns and Marketing. The goal is to position and market Clyde & Co as the firm of choice in each of our core sectors on a global basis. To realise this ambition, the marketing team will provide leadership and direction in the development of dynamic global campaigns and marketing strategies.

You will assist with the development and be responsible for the execution of the firm's digital marketing activities, working closely with the global business development and communications team to establish a clear approach to the use of digital marketing tools and ensure they add value.

You will be managing the firms websites, e-marketing platform, social media accounts and CRM system, as well as working alongside other members of the team to develop future plans and recommend new ideas.

The role will support teams located across the firm's global network. This role sits in the "Creative Hub" and will also include supporting the wider team on projects and campaigns as required, specifically in the production of materials and photography.

The marketing executive should be a creative individual with a passion for all things digital, never settling for satisfactory; they should always be aiming to best in their field.

Main Responsibilities

Updating the firms website and microsites
Responding to requests and queries from around the business relating to digital marketing systems and processes
Provision of advice on best practice, and consultation with the global business development team and the firm in relation to digital marketing.
Day-to-day responsibility for e-marketing initiatives and activities - this will involve editing HTML.
Project management of digital initiatives i.e. evolving email templates
Working with suppliers in relation to the development and support of marketing systems
Working closely with design agencies to ensure all digital media is within the brand guidelines
Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio using tools such as Google Analytics
Conducting on-site and off-site SEO audits and competitor analysis.
Training users on relevant platforms and producing guides when necessary
Contribute ideas to the business' digital future, i.e. new initiatives and approaches
Support the website development programme

Other duties will include

Updating and maintaining marketing presentation templates on a regular basis, as required, taking account of regional requirements
Supporting the marketing team with ad-hoc projects as required, including coordination of the firm-wide photography schedule.

Candidate Specification

Smart, energetic, curious
Interest in working within a marketing team, preferably in a professional services environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timescales
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels with confidence, positivity, diplomacy and the ability to gain credibility quickly
A recent marketing or other relevant University degree or a minimum of 1 year marketing experience, within digital marketing
Experience of working with 3rd party email providers
Experience of working with a CMS and CRM system
Experience in digital design
Strong written and verbal communication
Planning and time management
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver,
Ability to code emails from scratch using HTML/CSS.
