City and Hackney Safeguarding Children Board, was the first ever Local Safeguarding Children Board to be judged outstanding by Ofsted.

The City and Hackney Safeguarding Children Board (CHSCB) is looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to provide high level administration duties to the Board. You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and efficient administration service. Your role will include minute taking for high profile strategic meetings, preparing reports and briefing papers, combined with producing high quality management information in a variety of formats. You will also co-ordinate the ongoing operation of the Safeguarding Board, Executive Board and Sub Committees. Managing and co-ordinating the diaries of the Independent Chair and Senior Professional Adviser is also required.

Experience of working in an administration role in a complex and large organisation is required, combined with experience of successfully managing a variety of projects simultaneously and achieving results. A knowledge of working within a local authority children's social services is required. Excellent minute taking skills is a must and you will be highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
