Main purpose and scope of the post:
- To deal with enquiries from a wide range of stakeholders.
- To provide general, administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Department and Lecturers within the Department
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Curriculum Administrator to provide a high level of administrative support for their designated curriculum teams, delivering a high level of customer service to students, staff and members of the public.
They will be undertaking a wide range of administrative duties, including word processing letters and reports, producing spreadsheets and statistical reports, maintaining databases and developing and sending out relevant promotional materials. They will also be supporting the Assistant Principal and Senior Administrator in ensuring central college processes are followed by all staff within their area.
Candidates should have a good level of administrative experience and have excellent IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular focus on Excel as they will be expected to create and maintain complicated spreadsheets and databases.
